Water Street Development

The four-story complex on the 200 block of Water Street is providing Eau Claire, WI residents another place to shop, live, and do business. Hollowcore was selected as a podium solution for the complex. Hollowcore provides enhanced safety to tenants and businesses with fire ratings of up to three hours. Project design requirements were also met, as hollowcore allowed for longer spans with fewer support beams. More than 9,000 SF of hollowcore was supplied by our team to build the Water Street Development.
