Grove80 Apartments

The City of Cottage Grove, MN developed the Grove80 Apartments as its first market-rate, non-restricted multifamily complex in nearly 30 years. The project outlined the construction of a modern four-story residential structure, supported by a concrete podium. We manufactured nearly 33,000 SF of high-performance hollowcore plank with short lead times. The project underwent several schedule changes that affected trades and required our team to reschedule product deliveries.
