County Prestress & Precast manufactured and installed five elevator shafts in four days for this project. Precast shafts offer unmatched time and cost savings and are ideal for long-lasting residential mid-rise structures. They require less inspections during installation and can be installed up to six stories tall. Precast elevator shafts earn fire ratings up to three hours and resist natural and manmade disasters. Temporary scaffolding and ladders aren’t needed to install precast shafts, eliminating a potential hazard from the jobsite.
