Rick Haanstad has dedicated 20 years to the County Materials Family of Companies and is celebrating his well-deserved retirement. Rick served as a Mechanical Administrator at our Marathon, Wisconsin, location, where he was widely recognized for his significant role in optimizing fleet operations.
“During Rick’s 20 years of service, he was instrumental in refining our tire program, setting up the shop computer and inventory systems, and maintaining relationships with our vendors. He collaborated with national accounts like Michelin, Continental, and Exxon Mobile,” said Rick’s supervisor, Bill Sauter. “Rick has also helped train countless team members along the way. His efforts played a major role in keeping our fleet running efficiently.”
Hardworking team members are key to the success of our company, and we’re grateful for dedicated team members like Rick, who contribute to Our Vision of Success, Stability, and Support. We wish him continued happiness and success in this next chapter of his life.
