Building Pathways Out of Poverty with the Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council
The County Materials Family of Companies, through the Sonnentag American Foundation, proudly partners with organizations dedicated to improving the lives of low-income, underprivileged, and homeless Americans.
Since 1966, the Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council (WDEOC) has focused on alleviating poverty-related conditions and expanding opportunities that help underserved individuals advance economically and socially in Western Wisconsin. The organization advocates for economically disadvantaged residents by elevating key issues to policymakers at every level of government to ensure their needs are recognized and addressed.
This mission aligns directly with the Sonnentag American Foundation’s commitment to providing local communities with food relief, advocacy, and affordable housing. We intentionally support organizations working to break the perpetual cycle of poverty and create long-term stability throughout the United States.
