Build a Rewarding Career

The County Materials Family of Companies is proud to employ many women who are changing perceptions about manufacturing careers and playing an important role in moving the concrete manufacturing industry forward.

Explore Your Opportunities

A common misconception of being a woman in manufacturing is that opportunities are scare or are not open to women. The women who work in our organization demonstrate that there are a wide-variety of career paths and opportunities for growth. Whether you are interested in driving a truck or working in a plant, office, or lab, we offer skills training, leadership development, and opportunities to challenge yourself. There is a place for you with our company.

Partnering with Women in Manufacturing

The County Materials Family of Companies is a corporate member with Women in Manufacturing (WiM). We are proud to partner with WiM, a national and global trade association dedicated to providing year-round support to women who have chosen a career in manufacturing. Through our WiM membership, team members gain access to networking opportunities with peers, learning sessions, development resources, and local and regional events.
