Celebrating Randy Kloth’s 50 Years of Dedication

We proudly celebrate Randy Kloth, who has served as Plant Foreman for an extraordinary 50 years and is now retiring after a career defined by his commitment to operational experience, reliability, perseverance, and pride in producing quality work.

Over five decades, Randy built a reputation as a dependable, hardworking, and resourceful person who used his technical skills and industry knowledge to support our block manufacturing operations. His skill, experience, and commitment to quality and efficiency strengthened the success of our customers' businesses and our company.

“It doesn’t take long to understand what he means to this operation,” stated Randy’s supervisor, Scott Schopf. “I’ve watched Randy solve problems that had stopped everyone else, and I’ve watched younger team members seek him out because they know he’ll take the time to explain it. Fifty years is remarkable on its own. What’s more remarkable is that after fifty years, Randy still shows up ready to teach.”
