We are proud to partner with WiM, a national and global trade association dedicated to providing year-round support to women who have chosen a career in manufacturing. Through our WiM membership, team members gain access to networking opportunities with peers, learning sessions, development resources, and local and regional events.
To women curious about concrete manufacturing, I would say look into it. Be curious, ask questions, get involved. There are so many opportunities I didn't even know existed in the world of concrete manufacturing.
