myTEAM TRIUMPH (mTT) is committed to building an inclusive athletic community for people with disabilities. The organization pairs athletes with disabilities—known as Captains—with able-bodied volunteers, or Angels, creating opportunities to participate in 5ks, 10ks, triathlons, and other endurance events. These finish-line moments are often out of reach for many due to cost, equipment, or lack of accessible support.
Our Impact
In 2025, mTT supported 264 Captains and 457 Angels across 75 inclusive events across the state of Wisconsin, facilitating more than 1,300 finish-line memories. Recently, the County Materials Family of Companies provided a donation to mTT’s Green Bay Chapter and sponsored the organization’s Adaptive Athlete Program. Our support helps cover essential items, such as:
mTT isn’t just about racing, its core mission is to reduce social isolation for people with disabilities by creating meaningful, ongoing connections through athletics for people who don’t always get that chance.
"Having a community that supported me through one of the hardest chapters of my life gave me a sense of hope. That I did belong. That I was capable of anything I set my mind to,” stated one of mTT’s Captains.
Through the Sonnentag American Foundation, the County Materials Family of Companies is proud to partner with organizations like mTT to provide impactful opportunities for people with disabilities.
