Jeff Neinas’ desire to grow alongside a stable company led him to a fulfilling career at County Materials, where he has been able to develop into the type of leader he aspired to be when he first started. Jeff has been with the company for 10 years and currently works as an Operations Manager at the Green Bay facility. County Materials’ Green Bay location manufactures specialty precast and dry cast products, such as elliptical end walls, head walls, manholes, box culverts, and catch basin inlets. “We are not a high-volume plant,” Jeff continues, “We are specialty and have very little room for error.”
“I worked for a competitor, and County Materials purchased us, which to me meant that they had stability and were successful,” he continued, “I wanted to be a part of that.” Over the past decade, Jeff has developed into a team leader who values teamwork above all else. He believes each team member has a place in this company and directly contributes to our overall goals and success.
In Jeff’s eyes, there is opportunity for everyone at County Materials. “People can start in entry level positions and have opportunities to progress,” he continues, “We take talented people and keep them under our County Materials umbrella.” Jeff attributes team member retention to County Materials’ proactive support. Team members are valued, and their hard work is rewarded with opportunities for advancement.
