County Materials Partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters to Support Meaningful Youth Mentorships

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization with chapters throughout the United States. The organization supports meaningful mentorships that help children realize their full potential and build strong futures. County Materials is proud to support Big Brothers Big Sisters chapters in communities where we have locations.

We are partnered with the following BBBS chapters: Central Illinois-Champaign County, Central Indiana, Central Wisconsin, Dane County, East Central Wisconsin, Johnson County, Mid-Illinois, Northcentral Wisconsin, Northeast Wisconsin, Northwestern Wisconsin, South Central Wisconsin, and Seven Rivers Region.

With support from County Materials, Brother Ryan and Little Brother Baldemar were matched in July of 2021 through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. They both enjoy sports, spending time outdoors, staying active, and helping others. They look forward to playing virtual golf, developing financial goals, and guiding Baldemar towards finding his first job.

County Materials, through the Sonnentag Foundation, Partners with organizations that support individuals in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Members & Veteran Services, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Youth Mentoring & Skills.
