Total compensation at Central Processing Corp is comprised of programs designed to recognize and reward different aspects of your behavior and performance. Base Pay is determined by an employee’s actual position in the marketplace and sustained performance over time, as well as development of skills and abilities.

Health Insurance: There are three plan options to choose from, all with your choice of preferred provider networks. Insurance is effective on the first day of the month following one full month of employment. Central Processing Corp and its employees share the cost of healthcare benefits, with the company offering significant financial support.
Prescription Drug: All health plan options offer prescription drug coverage with retail and mail service options.
Employee Assistance Program: Central Processing Corp’s Employee Assistance Program provides help by offering confidential counseling and education services, professional assessment, resources and a referral service designed to assist you with a wide range of work/life needs including information on:

Health and Dependent Care Account: This is an optional pretax account that provides opportunities to set aside money to pay for certain healthcare and dependent day care expenses.
Health Savings Account: Employees electing to participate in our High Deductible health plans have the opportunity to have a Health Savings account opened on their behalf to cover health related expenses.
Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident, Identity Theft, Disability and Life Insurance: The premiums for these benefits are offset by the company at a specific rate per pay period.
