County Materials Brick Rebate Program Offers Builders Cash Rewards
MARATHON, Wis. (June 6, 2002) – County Materials is kicking off this building season with a Brick Rebate Program developed by the company to reward residential homebuilders for building with brick. Cash incentives are awarded directly to builders on a quarterly basis after their jobs are completed. The first of its kind program is running now until April 30, 2003.
County Materials implemented the program to increase the amount of brick installed on single and dual family homes, and to serve the home building market as a brick resource. The program also includes a four-month direct mail campaign featuring brick's unique selling points and pictures with design concepts. "Brick offers more advantages than any other siding material. Our rebate program is a great vehicle to reinforce this fact and to elevate the value of brick," Rebecca Sonnentag, marketing director, said.
Sonnentag described the program as hassle-free. "We know what a builder's day is like, and want to keep this as simple as possible so they don't incur large amounts of paperwork to receive their rebates."
County Materials stocks over five million brick from over 50 brick manufacturers. This translates into tens of thousands of design possibilities and timely delivery of brick orders. Builders are welcome to send their customers to view brick selections at County Materials's HomeScape Studios where they can work with experienced design professionals to gather ideas.
